This industrial Midtown loft was transformed into a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, balancing urban character with a clean, contemporary design. The renovation features floor-to-ceiling glass, exposed brick, an open kitchen, and thoughtfully designed bathrooms that maximize light, flow, and functionality. The project was recognized as a Runner-Up in the Architecture MasterPrize.
Modern Industrial Tribeca Apartment
This Tribeca apartment was fully gutted and transformed into a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, combining industrial character with modern comfort. The renovation features a spacious open kitchen, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, a sleek fireplace, and bold contemporary finishes throughout.
Refined Modern Industrial Tribeca Apartment
This downtown Manhattan apartment was renovated with a focus on craftsmanship, detail, and a clean modern finish. FGI Renovation transformed the space with refined materials, carefully executed finishes, and a thoughtful approach that preserved its character while giving it a fresh, elevated feel.
Modern Commercial Spaces: Crispy Heaven Bakery & Visionary Optics
Two commercial projects in Manhattan, each completed with a strong focus on design, detail, and functionality. Crispy Heaven Bakery in SoHo features exposed brick, Venetian plaster, and an aluminum ceiling that creates a warm, modern atmosphere. On the Upper East Side, Visionary Optics was built with custom millwork, contemporary lighting, and an efficient layout designed to support both appearance and everyday use.
